How to read this
$/Quarter = revenue per 15-minute labor unit across all jobs the cleaner worked (trailing 90 days) — same math as the weekly brief. On crew jobs the number is shared by the whole team, so read it alongside the solo %.
Arrows compare the last 4 weeks to the 4 weeks before; no arrow means too few jobs or reviews to call a trend.
Ratings credit every cleaner on the reviewed job; counts are quarter-to-date.
Complaints count only service issues/concerns logged in Salesforce — office communications and call logs are never counted. Compliments shown separately.
The pill compares the cleaner's price and pace to the office average: Coach pace = normal-priced homes, low $/qtr · Reprice route = cheap homes and low $/qtr · Reprice — fast = fast cleaner stuck on cheap homes. Shown after 10+ jobs.
A low number on one card is a conversation starter, not a verdict — check the customer notes before coaching.
